Registration is simple – please download the form below, print off, complete and obtain verification from your admin officer or senior officer. Then either post, fax or email back to us.
- MPAS services are available to all serving members of H.M. Forces, Veterans, TA volunteers and MoD civilian staff.
- The details within this registration form must be accurate as often the information within will be used to verify identity.
- MPAS cannot discuss property options with you until your identity has been verified.
