MPAS (Military Property Advisory Service) is a specialist property service for all serving members of H.M. Forces, civilian MoD staff, TA volunteers and Veterans.
MPAS work with national, regional and local new home developers all over the country and obtain substantial discounts from the marketing price. This discount is then passed onto individual buyers by way of a "cash grant". The cash grant pays for legal fees, stamp duty and your deposit and is tax free and not repayable at any time.
The MPAS scheme is available to all - not just first time buyers
Through the relationships with developers, mortgage lenders and property management companies MPAS can provide a comprehensive one stop shop for their customers.
